Meet Olivia

Associate Marriage and Family Therapist

I graduated with my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from California State University, Northridge. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychological and Brain Sciences from University of California Santa Barbara.

My services are 100% virtual, so you can skip the commute and join from the comfort of your own home.

I can see clients located anywhere in California.

I am experienced working with children as young as five, through adults.

The majority of my clients are neurodivergent (Autism, ADHD, OCD, etc), COVID-conscious, living with chronic illness, or a combination of these.

I am working under the supervision of Lisa Gray, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT #44983) and working towards my licensure hours.

More About Me

I am passionate about Neurodiversity affirming practice and the impact of COVID-19 on mental health. As a late identified Neurodivergent individual, I understand the struggle of trying to fit into a world that wasn't built for those who differ from the norm. We can work together to identify your values, find meaning in your life, and build connections with people and communities that understand.

Recognizing your neurodivergence can be incredibly validating, but can also come with feelings of grief or confusion. I use a strengths-based approach to help build a life that works for you, on your terms.

Feeling different and misunderstood by those around you can be lonely and frustrating. Whether it's due to your neurodivergence, chronic illness, or pandemic precautions, it can be hard to go against societal expectations. We can work together to help you build self compassion, advocate for your needs, and better support yourself.
