How often do we meet for therapy?
The frequency of sessions will be determined collaboratively based on your individual needs. In general, I recommend starting with weekly sessions for at least a month before transitioning to every other week.
What is your cancelation policy?
My policy is 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled session. Cancelations given less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will be charged at your regular session rate.
Do you take my insurance?
At this time, I'm unable to take insurance. I can provide you with a super-bill to submit for out of network reimbursement. Check in with your insurance company to see what your plan will cover.
What are your hours?
My hours for individual and family sessions are Monday through Thursday with my earliest session at 11:00am and my latest at 5:00pm. I do not have weekend or Friday availability.
What are your rates?
My typical rate is $185 per 45 minute session for individual therapy, and $200 per 50 minute session for couples & families.

The rate for adult autism assessments is $900 for three 90 minute sessions. Learn more here.

The full fee will be charged for no shows or late cancelations not rescheduled within the same week.
What if I can't afford your rates?
I offer a limited number of reduced fee spots for those with financial need. Reduced fee spots are full as of 3/27/26.
Do you have an in person office space?
I do not have an in person office, all of my appointments are virtual through a HIPAA compliant platform.
What clients do you typically see?
I work with children, teens and adults for individual or family work. The majority of my clients are neurodivergent (Autism, ADHD, AuDHD, etc), COVID conscious, LGBTQ+, living with chronic illness, or some combination of those. I also work with people dealing with anxiety, depression and life transitions.

While I have experience working with younger children, typically kids under the age of 10 are not suitable for telehealth services.

I'm not in California, can we still work together?
Unfortunately, at this time I'm only licensed to see clients physically located in the state of California. Even though all of my work is virtual, legally I am only allowed to see clients located in the state in which I am licensed.

If you're looking for a COVID-conscious therapist, try the COVID-Conscious Therapist Directory.
What type of therapy techniques do you use?
My approach is a mix of a few different modalities, tailored to fit your individual needs. I like to use narrative therapy along with mindfulness-based somatic work, modified CBT skills, solution focused techniques and motivational interviewing.
What if I want to join your groups?
I run a group therapy space called "Pandemic Processing" for those navigating the ongoing pandemic. If you'd be interested in joining the next round of groups, starting in February 2026, send me a message.
What about autism assessments?
